Shipping Info

We generally ship an order on the day that it is placed. Orders placed late in the day will ship the next day.

We ship from Nashville, TN via UPS or Priority Mail. First Class Mail is available for small orders.

Hazardous Material. Several of our products are classified as Hazardous Material - Other Regulated Material (ORM-D). The ink/paint is flammable. It is illegal to ship these products in the mail. We have tagged those products with a message to ship by UPS Ground Only.


Our UPS Shipping rates are reasonable and equal to the daily pickup rate. We do not charge any handling fees on UPS Orders.

First Class and Priority Mail includes a small handling fee., usually $.50. We may change your "order-ship" method if your package is under one pound and your products are safe to mail. We will e-mail you if we switch your delivery.

For Shipments to Canada, select either Priority Mail or UPS. Charges for Priority Mail will automatically compute for packages under four lbs. For all other shipments, shipping charges will be added.

For shipments to Mexico, select UPS or Fedex only. We will add shipping charges to your order. We will e-mail you the shipping charges before we ship the product.

For other international shipments, we will add the most reasonable shipping costs to the invoice and e-mail you the final shipping cost for your approval before we ship the package.


You may be charged additional fees, taxes, and tariffs when the package arrives. We do not control or receive any of these fees. Please contact your local post office or contact UPS to determine the fees that you will be charged. If you reject the package we will refund you the product costs but not the shipping.


For shipments out of North America, shipping costs will be added to the invoice.

Please note, some of our products do not qualify for air mail due to hazardous material laws. We will e-mail you the final shipping carrier and costs.

Holiday Hours:
We will be closed Dec. 24, 25, and 31st 2009, as well as January 1st 2010. Orders received on these days will be shipped on the following business day.
