The edding 8011 Cleanroom marking pens have an extra fine .6mm plastic tip for detailed markings within cleanrooms (special research labs, etc. that are concerned about being dust/particle-free.) These markers work well in these environments as they have no metal parts or paper labels.
Marks on smooth surfaces like metal and glass will wipe off with alcohol-based cleaners.
